There are several things that I find unique about the Sink Plate Washbasin Unit and some that I find pretty disturbing. For instance, I simply love the waterfall style faucet that is elegantly fitted onto the top panel. From a distance the entire unit looks to be stylish and exudes glam. But….
Unfortunately I do see one major flaw: the sink plate is a steel grid, and if you accidentally drop your ring into the basin, it will easily slip through the grid. Retrieval of jewelry or other foreign objects could be a problem. Worse scenario would be objects lodging themselves in the grid. Oh, And I would never place a soap bar just like that….always with the soap dish!

Where do your best ideas come to you? In the toilet. That’s where everybody’s best ideas arrive, whether they know it or not. So get ready! Get this invention right here! All it is really is a bit of stainless steel tubing 2mm thick, plus a flat. Just stick your roll on there, tear off some sheets, and get to writing! But wait, with what? That’s where you’ve got to add something usually not sitting by the pot: pencils. Pens, markers, even crayons if you like.
I’m sure you can see the shape the back makes, the place where the roll goes, and the hole where the writing sticks go, but what about the ideas! That’s another thing you’ve got to add.

While gilded ivory taps do have their charm, its sometimes the understated ones that really stand out. Trying to fit into this latest trend is the Fluid Faucet Series. But No Sireez, they just won’t listen; they heap it up on the bed, floor; worse keep it wet n hanging in the loo. It’s for me to dry those stinky pieces! Wish I had a genie manufacture this Hanging Towel Dryer, which is shaped like a bathroom clothes rail, but is actually an air drier. Drape a wet towel over it, switch it on and in a few minutes or more, you have a warm dry towel! I so love this!

Generally the focus is always on rapid action response kinda systems that help provide relief during disasters. The flat-pack recovery Rescue Boat seen here is not for rapid response but for post-disaster scenarios. The focus is on a systematic, reliable vessel that will help recover cargo and victims. It is stored and transported in its stackable 9″-deep form, with pontoon tubes detached; till its services are required.
The pontoon tubes add stability to the design and are attached when the boat is set in the water. The sidewalls fold up to become handrails and rotate further to become ladders, to help up stranded folks. Depending upon the retrievals, it can either be used as a flat space for cargo or pull up the foldable seats to accommodate 26 pax.
A tent stored in the floor compartment comes in handy as temporary accommodation, when you bring ashore the vessel.
